I love Kelly Osbourne. There. I said it. I love her because she has balls. She does what she wants and she really doesn't give a fuck. The same goes with her hair. Sure sometimes it's not so great, but she doesn't care and that's what I love about her. I googled her name and I would say that this look was one of my favourites.... at least the one that stood out me. I think I may try this one out on myself.
